Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

Larkspur Lodge Limited have applied to Cheshire East Council to vary the premises licence for Larkspur Lodge, Bexton Lane, Knutsford WA16 9BQ as follows: To remove condition 22 regarding a fence. To remove part of condition 24 in relation to the smoking area. To remove part of condition 31 in relation to the direction of the exit doors. To remove condition 40 regarding a fence.

There are to be no other changes, and the timings of licensable activities remain as existing.
