Broseley Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Broseley Ln at the bend at the entrance to Leigh Golf Club (Broseley Ave to Wilton Ln). The Order will be effective from 31st January 2023 for 4 weeks, between 9:30am & 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via B5207 Broseley Ln, Common Ln, A574 Warrington Rd, A580 East Lancashire Rd, A572 Newton Rd, B5207 Kenyon Ln & Wilton Ln. The closure is required to allow for the installation of safety kerbs & resurfacing of the carriageway & footway. Ref: High/2403

Highfield Rd, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2023
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Highfield Rd from its jct. with Booths Hill Rd to its jct. with Hardy Rd. The Order will be effective from 16th January 2023 for 2 weeks, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Booths Hill Rd, Elm Tree Rd, Cherry Ln, Hardy Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Cadent to carry out gas replacement
works. Ref: High/2421

Liverpool Rd, Penketh (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2023
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Liverpool Rd from its jct. with Penketh Rd to its jct. with East Ave. The Order will be effective from 16th January 2023 for 2 weeks, as & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Penketh Rd, Sankey Way & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Cadent to carry out gas mains replacement works. Ref: High/2420 Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. Dated: 12th January 2023
