Notice of Application for variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that WILD FISH & CHIPS LTD has applied to the BCP Council for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: WILD FISH & CHIPS LIMITED' 128-130 OLD CHRISTCHURCH ROAD BOURNEMOUTH BH1 1NL. The proposed variation of licence activities are: Addition of alcohol sales ON the premises 1000hrs -0300hrs daily, change of floorplan and replacement of conditions.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.
Representations must be received no later than 3rd February 2023.

The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
