Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Clearaway Recycling Ltd for Redevelopment and consolidation of an existing Materials Recycling Facility on Land At Archers Fields, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1DH - ESS/113/22/BAS.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it (including the Environmental Statement) online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk/.
Consultation on this application is open until 11 February 2023.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Wasteaway Recycling Limited for Change of use to Waste Transfer Station, with continued use as Operating Centre and vehicle maintenance depot at Phoenix Freight International Limited, Swinbourne Road, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1EF - ESS/124/22/BAS.
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Essex and Southend Waste Local Plan 2017 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
