NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Mr T's Cornershop Ltd has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at: 232 Burgess Rd, SOUTHAMPTON SO16 3AU for the following licensable activity: OFF Sale of Alcohol between 07:00 and 00:00hrs daily.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the full application may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00hrs on Mondays to Fridays, or online at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.
Any representations by an interested party responsible authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, SOUTHAMPTON SO18 9LA so as to be received by 5th February 2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction, person is liable to an unlimited fine.
