NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Shamal Qadir applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 10th January 2023 for a licence to use the premises at Kabus 18 Clayton Street Bradford BD7 2LT for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08.00 until 02.00.

Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, 3rd Floor Argus Chambers, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 7th February 2023.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
