APPLICATION FOR HARWICH CHANNEL SITE INVESTIGATION

Notice is hereby given that Harwich Haven Authority has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake a site investigation at Harwich Harbour.

 Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Harbour House, The Quay, Harwich, Essex, CO12 3HH.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at .http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to siobhan.sherry@marinemanagement.org.uk , within 28 days of 24th May 2013 quoting reference MLA/2013/00172.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
