Notice is hereby given that on the 10th |anuary 2023 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Buckinghamshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and
Petrol Filling Station, Temple End, Bellfield Road, High Wycombe,
Buckinghamshire HP13 5XX. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The supply of alcohol from 00.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 05.00 Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8FF no later than the 7th February 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Buckinghamshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
