(Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of C2213 School Lane from its junction with U60404 Stratford Lane and U60402 Uckinghall Road to its junction with C2213 Station Road and C2213 The Cross.
Reason: Install 2 new BT poles by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U60404 Stratford Lane, A38 Stratford Bridge, Into Gloucestershire, C2213 Rectory Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 16 January 2023.

(B4211 Church Street, Malvern)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order made: to close that part of B4211 Church Street from its junction with A449 Worcester Road & U63200
Edith Walk to its junction with B4211 Wells Road.
Reason: Utility works by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Worcester Road, B4208 Townsend Way, B4208 Pickersleigh Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, B4211 Church Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 16 January 2023.

(Layby on B4211 Worcester Road, Hanley Castle)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close the Layby in its entirety on B4211 Worcester Road.
Reason: Storage of chipping for surfacing dressing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Layby closure only, no diversion in place.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 236 days Commencing: 7 February 2023.

(U63113 Albert Road North, Malvern)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order made: to close that part of Phase 1 (Closure 1):
U63113 Albert Road South from its junction with U63111 Woodshears Road to its junction with U63114 Clarence Road.
Phase 2 (Closure 2): U63113 Albert Road South from its junction with U63114 Clarence Road to its junction with C2215 Avenue Road.
Phase 3 (Closure 3): U63113 Albert Road North from its junction with C2215 Avenue Road to its junction with B4211 Church Street.
(NB: Each Closure will be taking place at separate times throughout the anticipated 82 days however at this time exact dates for each specific closure cannot be provided. These will vary dependant upon the progress of work in each phase). Reason: New/Replacement Water Main by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes: - Diversion 1 - Closure 1 U63114 Clarence Road, U63111 Priory Road, U63111 Woodshears Road, and vice versa. Diversion 2 - Closure 2 C2215 Avenue Road, U63111 Priory Road, U63114 Clarence Road and vice versa. Diversion 3 - Closure 3 B4211 Church Street, U63111 Victoria Road, C2215 Avenue Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 82 days Commencing: 14 January 2023.

Reason: Bridgeworks inspection by Bridgeway Consulting Limited.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63110 Court Road, U63111 Woodshears Road, U63103 Priory Road, U63105 College Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (22:00-06:00) Commencing: 16 January 2023.

Proposed Order: to close that part of U63111 Woodshears Road from its junction with U63111
Woodshears Drive & U63113 Albert Road South to its junction with U63110 Court Road.
Reason: Bridge inspection by Bridgeway Consulting Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63111 Woodshears Road, U63113 Albert Road South, C2215 Avenue Road, U63110 Court Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (22:00-06:00) Commencing: 9 February 2023.
