The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Waiting And Loading Restriction) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. **) Order 202* Hospital Bridge Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time in various lengths of Hospital Bridge Road, around the junctions of Ashley Drive and Longford Road, opposite No. 99 Hospital Bridge Road and outside and opposite Nos 181-187 Hospital Bridge Road.
3. Copies of the proposed Order, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 23/011, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at

4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 28 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Temporary Road Closure Alexandra Road, Twickenham
(Reference 23/007)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Alexandra Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Alexandra Road, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 9 and 11 Alexandra Road to a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 17 and 19 Alexandra Road
3. The order will come into effect 16 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 16 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be available via Morley Road, Richmond Road and Cambridge Park.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Marlow Crescent, from a point outside No. 49 Marlow Avenue to a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 49 and 51 First Avenue
3. The order will come into effect 16 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 16 January 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be available via North Worple Way, Cowley Road, Mortlake High Street, North Worple Way, White Hart Lane, Limes Field Road and vice versa
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate pipe works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Rosslyn Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in the following lengths of road:-
(a) Rosslyn Road between its junctions with Arlington Road and Ellesmere Road;
(b) Rosslyn Road between its junctions with St Margarets Road and Riverdale Road.
NB, the closures will not operate concurrently.
3. The order will come into effect 18 January 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 18 January 2023 and 5 February 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Alternative routes for traffic affected by the closures will be available via Arlington Road, Ravensbourne Road and Ellesmere Road and via St Margarets Road and Rosslyn Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
