NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

I, Thomas John Graham of 2, The Cottages, Thorp Perrow, Bedale, North Yorkshire, DL8 2PR - hereby give notice that in not less than two months after the publication of this notice, I intend to make an application to Richmondshire District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Bolton Castle, Redmire, near Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 4ET. Written notice of the intension to make an application for a Zoo Licence giving details about the proposed zoo has been sent to the said council and may be inspected free of charge at the office of the council at Swale House, Frenchgate, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4JE between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00.
