NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 PLANNING LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT 1990.
Proposed development at Tan Hill Inn Langthwaite to Tan Hill Arkengarthdale North Yorkshire DL11 6ED.
I give notice that Tan Hill Enterprises Ltd is applying to Richmondshire District Council for planning permission and listed building consent for: Erection of two storey extension to the rear to form additional kitchen space at ground floor level and additional bedroom and staff accommodation at upper floor levels, addition of a spa facility to the rear, provision of sunroom to the west elevation, creation of a service yard to the west, formalisation of outdoor events space, internal alterations to the inn, installation of solar panels to roof, and all associated internal and external alterations. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. by the 3rd of February 2023.
