AMENDMENT NO* ORDER 2023.
105439 BINGLEY ROAD, SALTAIRE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce, the following:
1. 'Loading Only' bay on the length of Bingley Road, Saltaire
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or Shipley Library or on the Council's website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order or obtained from Craig Williams, Senior Engineer, Traffic and Highways (North) by telephone on 01535 618294 or by email craig.williams@bradford.gov.uk - Quoting reference number P/HS/ THN/105439/TRO-1A.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 3rd February 2023 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/DS/412994.
