Mr S Allison has applied to Wigan Council for a new premises license at 2 Salisbury Street, Golborne, WA3 3BW to allow alcohol sales and recorded music, live music, dancing 1200 - 0000am Sunday through Thursday and 1200 - 0100am Friday and Saturday. Late night refreshment 2300 - 0000am Sunday through Thursday and 2300 - 0100am Friday and Saturday.
The application can be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ Mon - Fri between 9 - 5pm. Details can be obtained from http://www.wigan.gov.uk.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing on this application by 21/01/2023 to Licensing, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or by email to licensing@wigan.gov.uk. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5000.
