Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th January 2023 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to South Gloucestershire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Store and Petrol Filling Station, Station Road, Yate BS37 5PW. The proposed licensable activities are - 1. The supply of alcohol from 00.00 to 24.00 Mondays to Sundays. 2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 05.00 Mondays to Sundays.
