NOTICE IS GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 Section 82(4) of the Highways Act 1980 that the Conwy County Borough Council propose to remove the existing cattle grid on Ty Gwyn Road, Llandudno and relocate it to a point approximately 90 metres north of its junction with St Beuno's Road.
