A) C71 (Part), North Wraxall; from its junction with Doncombe Hill for a distance of approximately 125m in a north easterly direction to enable Openreach to carry out remedial works to failed reinstatement and associated works. Alternative route via C71 (unaffected length) - C151 - A420 - C71 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 11 July 2022 will now recommence on 16 January 2023 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 2 days. The above order was confirmed, as made, on 30th December 2022 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, it has created a public footpath over land at Catcomb House Farm, Hilmarton, SN11 9HR from OS Grid ref SU 00942 76573 leading broadly south westerly to OS Grid ref SU 00808 76414 with a width of 2 metres and an approximate length of 220 metres. The order also has the effect of modifying the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1953 accordingly.
