Publication of the Burghclere Neighbourhood Plan
The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) (Regulation 16)
Burghclere Parish Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled Burghclere Neighbourhood Development Plan Modification Proposal 2022-2029, for their parish with the help of the local community. The neighbourhood plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is satisfied that the submitted Burghclere Neighbourhood Plan complies with the relevant legal requirements and can therefore proceed to formal consultation and independent examination.
In accordance with the Regulations, the Borough Council is required to publicise the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents and invite comments.
Copies of the Burghclere Neighbourhood Plan, Consultation Statement, Basic Conditions Statement, Strategic Environment Assessment report and decision notice and Equalities Impact Assessment are available to view on the borough council's website:

The period for submission of representations will run from Monday 9th January through until 5pm on Monday 20th of February 2023. All representations received will be available to view publicly.
