Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003
We, Glaister Inns Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 4 January 2023 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Town House, 32 Broad Street, Alresford, Hampshire, SO24 9AQ.
The application is for: Sale by Retail of Alcohol and Recorded Music
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises only:
Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00, New Year's Eve 11:00 to 01:00.
Recorded Music:
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00, New Year's Eve 08:00 to 01:00.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00, New Year's Eve 08:00 to 01:00.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Section, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 1 February 2023 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.
The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council's website.
