Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For Variation Of Premises Licence

Application has been made by Hertfordshire Distillery Ltd to Welwyn Hatfield Council for the variation to existing Premises Licence at Old Saddlery, Woodcock Hill, St Albans AL4 9HJ, to i) Extend permitted hours for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises to Monday to Saturday 9.30am-11.30 pm; Sunday 10.00am-11.30pm; ii) amend the licensed plan to include the total footprint of the premises stated above. This application may be viewed by appointment at Licensing Section, Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6AE.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
