Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) North End Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2023

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate Installation of a tower crane operation and associated works In North End Road, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohlblt:-(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of North End Road, which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of Bridge Road and a point 140.00 metres south-east of that kerb-line; lb) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-eastern footway of North End Road, which lies between a point opposite the north-western boundary line of Victoria Halls, North End Road and a point opposite the south-eastern boundary line of Victoria Halls, North End Road; when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred in (a) and (b) to above will apply between 14th January 2023 and 21 st January 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place on 14th January 2023, with the following date being backup date. Access to premises in or adjacent to North End Road will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
