Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) Aldbury Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate gas mains replacement and associated works in Aldbury Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:-
(a) prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Aldbury Avenue, which lies between the south-western kerb-line of Harrow Road, Wembley and a point 30.00 metres south-west of that kerb-line;

(b) suspend the one-way working in Aldbury Avenue, to allow traffic to proceed in both directions;

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions and suspension referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply
between 23rd January 2023 and 3rd February 2023 inclusive, or until the
said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Aldbury Avenue would be maintained
insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the
said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions and suspension referred to in (a)
and (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
