Hackney Borough Council Under Section 123(2a) Local Government Act 1972 (Proposed Disposal Of Open Space Land)

Notice is hereby given that Hackney Borough Council intends to grant a Lease for a term of 10 years (from and including 25 September 2022) to Hackney Play Association. This Deed will allow Hackney Play Association to operate the adventure playground at Homerton Adventure Playground, Wardle Street, London E9 6BX.
