The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB-Application No. 03/2022/1051 - Fran Deg, Abbey Road, Llangollen - Demolition of existing porch, and internal and external alterations to dwelling (Listed Building application).
MD - Application No. 20/2022/1044 - Genus Breeding Ltd., Llanrhydd, Ruthin - Farmstead modernisation including the demolition of existing structures; erection of 2 agricultural buildings for the housing of bulls, extension to dairy shed to form manure storage, extension to isolation building to provide workshop, formation of yards, surface water attenuation swale and associated drainage; establishment of new soft landscaping, wildlife habitat enhancements and associated works.
