LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 SECTION 2, SCHEDULE 3: CONTROL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENTS Notice of Application for Renewal of a Licence for a Sex Establishment Notice is hereby given that I, Ben Hughes, (Mf Trading Limited T/A Scandals) of Butterworth Barlow House, 10 Derby St, Prescot L34 3LG applied on 05.01.2023 to Wirral Borough Council, in respect of the premises known as Scandals Adult Superstore of 4 Marion Street, Birkenhead, CH41 6LT. Under the Provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, for a licence to use the premises referred to above as: i) a sex shop. During the intended opening hours of: 9.00am to 9pm Monday to Saturday (inclusive) and 10am to 4pm Sundays and Bank Holidays. Any person wishing to object to this application should make such objection in writing to: Licensing Authority, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED no later than 28 days after the date of the application, stating the grounds for objection.
