NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application for a variation of a premises licence pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 has been made by Central England Co-operative Limited in respect of premises known as Central England Co-Operative located at New Chester Road, Eastham, Bromborough, CH62 8HJ to Wirral Council. The proposed application is a variation to extend the boundary of the premises to include the first floor as shown on the revised plan accompanying this application and vary the licensable activities to include permission for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 07:00am and 22:00pm every day. The existing authorisation for the sale of alcohol consumption off the premises shall remain unaltered by this application.
