Application Number: NY/2022/0280/FUL I give notice that Director of CYPS is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for Erection of 2no. temporary single storey classroom units (165m2 each) with associated works including external ramp, steps & landings, 8no wall mounted external lighting units, & temporary hard & soft landscaping. Formation of 22no. temporary car parking spaces with associated external works including timber knee rail fence to be placed on site for 3 years. In the opinion of the County Planning Authority, the proposal affects the setting of Welburn Hall School, Back Lane, Welburn, Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire, YO62 7HQ, a building which has been listed as of special architectural or historic interest. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 01/02/23.
