HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ('y Cyngor'), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ('Deddf 1984') a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ('Deddf 2004') a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 6l ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy ddarparu llinellau melyn dwbl yn y mannau a ganlyn:
Channel View, Rhisga
- Ar ochr dde-orllewinol Channel View, o fan tua 3m o wal derfyn rhifau 28/30 Channel View i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin am bellter o 50m.
Thistle Way, Rhisga
- Ar ochr orllewinol Thistle Way, o'r gyffordd a'r ffordd bengaead ar gyfer rhifau 37-51 Thistle Way i gyfeiriad y gogledd i'r llinellau melyn dwbl presennol, sef pellter o tua 48m.
- Ar ochr orllewinol Thistle Way, o'r gyffordd a'r ffordd bengaead ar gyfer rhifau 37-51 Thistle Way i gyfeiriad y de i ffin gyffredin rhifau 29/31 Thistle Way, sef pellter o tua 23 m.
- Ar ochr ddwyreiniol Thistle Way, o fan tua 3m o ffin ogleddol rhif 24 Thistle Way i gyfeiriad y gogledd i'r llinellau melyn dwbl presennol, sef pellter o tua 48m.

Navigation Road a Darran Road, Rhisga
- Ar ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol ac ochr dde-ddwyreiniol Navigation Road, o ffin dde-ddwyreiniol rhif 23 Navigation Road i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin a'r gogledd-ddwyrain i'r llinellau melyn dwbl presennol, sef pellter o tua 73m.

- Cael gwared ar y cyfyngiadau Dim Aros dydd Llun-dydd Sadwrn 8am-6pm ar ochr orllewinol Dan-y-Graig, o'r llinellau melyn dwbl presennol, sef man tua 3m i'r de o ffin gyffredin rhif 5 Tir-y-Cwm Lane a rhif 5 byngalos Dan-y-Graig i gyfeiriad y gogledd am bellter o tua 46m.
- Darparu llinellau melyn dwbl ar ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol ac ochr ddwyreiniol Dan-y-Graig, o fan tua 13m gyferbyn ac i'r de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd a Tir-y-Cwm Lane i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin a'r gogledd am bellter o tua 103m.

Proposed Provision and Amendments to Traffic Orders at Various locations within the Risca East and West Wards in Caerphilly County Borough
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the 'Council') in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the '1984 Act') and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the '2004' Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the provision of Double Yellow Lines (DYLs) at:
Channel View, Risca
- On the southwestern side of Channel View from a point approximately 3m from the boundary wall of No's 28/30 Channel View in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 50m
Thistle Way, Risca
- On the western side of Thistle Way from its junction with the cul-de-sac for No's 37 - 51 Thistle Way in a northerly direction to the existing DYLs, a distance of approximately 48m
- On the western side of Thistle Way from its junction with the cul-de-sac for No's 37 - 51 Thistle Way in a southerly direction to the common boundary of No's 29/31 Thistle Way, a distance of approximately 23m
- On the eastern side of Thistle Way from a point approximately 3m from the northern boundary of No 24 Thistle way in a northerly direction to the existing DYLs, a distance of approximately 48m
Cotswold Way, Mendip Close and Malvern Close Risca
- On the northwestern side of Cotswold Way from its junction with Mendip Close in a south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10m

- On the northeastern and northwestern side of Cotswold Way from its junction with Cleveland Drive in a easterly direction for a distance of approximately 49m
- On the eastern side of Cleveland Drive from its junction with Cotswold Way in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10m
- On the western side of Cleveland Drive from its junction with Cotswold Way in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10m
Elm Drive, Risca
- The removal of DYLs on the southwestern side of Elm Drive from the north west boundary of No 190 Elm Drive in a south easterly direction to a point 3m south east of the common boundary of No's 260/262 Elm Drive a distance of approximately 275m
Navigation Road and Darran Road, Risca
- On the northeastern and southeastern side of Navigation Road from its southeastern boundary of No 23 Navigation Road in a north westerly and north easterly direction to the existing DYLs, a distance of approximately 73m
- On the southwestern and western side of Navigation Road from a point opposite its southeastern boundary of No 23 Navigation Road in a north westerly and northerly direction to its junction with Darran Road, a distance of approximately 52m
- On the northwesterly side of Navigation Road from its junction with Darran Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10m
- On the northeastern side of Darren Road from its junction with Navigation Road in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10m
- On the southwestern side of Darren Road from its junction with Navigation Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10m
Lane between Fernlea and Taylor Street, Risca
- On the westerly side of the lane between Fernlea and Taylor Street, from the existing DYLs a distance of approximately 10m from its junction with Fernlea in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 47m
- On the southeastern side of the lane between Fernlea and Taylor Street, from the northern boundary of 'Pontygwyn' in a south western direction for a distance of approximately 14m
Tir-y-Cwm Lane, Risca
- On the eastern side of Tir-y-Cwm Lane from the access gate to 'Tir y Cwm Farm' in a southerly, westerly and northerly direction (incorporating the turning area) for a distance of approximately 29m
Dan y Graig, Risca
- Removal of existing No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am -6pm on the western side of Dan y Graig from the existing DYLs a point approximately 3m south of the common boundary of No's 5 Tir-y-Cwm Lane and No 5 Dan y Graig Bungalows in a northern direction for a distance of approximately 46m
- Provision of DYLs on the northeastern and eastern side of Dan y Graig from a point approximately 13m opposite and southeast of its junction with Tir-y-Cwm Lane in a north westerly and northerly direction for a distance of approximately 103m
