1. Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 16 Deddf Tiroedd Comin 2006 i dir sy’n ffurfio rhan o’r maes pentref a grybwyllir uchod (y “tir a ryddheir”) beidio â chael ei gofrestru felly mwyach.
2. Diben y cais hwn yw rhoi sail cyfreithlon ar adeiladu adeilad ffreutur ar wahân o fewn tir Ysgol Gynradd Sirol Cas-blaidd (cais cynllunio cyf 22/0099/PA).
3. Bwriedir i dir (y “tir cyfnewid”) gael ei gofrestru fel maes tref a phentref yn lle’r tir a ryddheir.
4. Disgrifir y tir a ryddheir yn yr Atodlen gyntaf i’r hysbysiad hwn, a disgrifir y tir cyfnewid yn yr Ail Atodlen. Ar y cynllun y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff 5 isod, dangosir y tir a ryddheir ag ymyl coch, dangosir y tir cyfnewid ag ymyl gwyrdd golau, a dangosir ffin maes y pentref ag ymyl gwyrdd tywyll.
5. Gellir gweld copi o’r ffurflen gais a’r cynllun sy’n dangos lleoliad y tiroedd yn Neuadd y Sir rhwng 10:00 am a 4:00 pm ar ddiwrnodau’r wythnos
(nid gwyliau cyhoeddus) tan Dydd Mercher, Chwefror 22ain.
6. Dylai unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i’r bwriad i ddatgofrestru a chyfnewid neu sylwadau ynglyn ag ef gael eu hanfon yn ysgrifenedig AR neu CYN y dyddiad hwnnw at:

7. Ni all gohebiaeth a anfonir at Benderfyniadau Cynllunio ac Amgylchedd Cymru gael ei thrin yn gyfrinachol. Caiff ei chopïo i’r ymgeisydd ac efallai partïon eraill â buddiant.

Section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 Proposed deregistration of common land at: WOLFSCASTLE VILLAGE GREEN (VG05)
Community of Wolfscastle County of Pembrokeshire
1. Notice is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has applied to Welsh Ministers under section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for land forming part of the above-mentioned village green (the “release land”) to cease to be so registered.
2. The purpose of this application is to regularise the construction of a detached canteen building within the grounds of Wolfscastle County Primary School (planning application reference 22/0099/PA).
3. It is proposed that land (the “replacement land”) be registered as town and village green in place of the release land.
4. The release land is described in the First Schedule to this notice, and the replacement land is described in the Second Schedule. On the plan referred to in paragraph 5 below, the release land is shown edged red, the replacement land is shown edged light green, and the boundary of the village green is shown edged in dark green.
5. A copy of the application form and plan showing the location of the lands can be inspected at County Hall between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays (not public holidays) until Wednesday 22nd February.
6. Any objections or representations in respect of the proposed  e-registration and exchange should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to: Planning and Environment Decisions Wales, 2nd Floor, West Wing Cathays Park Cardiff CF10 3NQ
7. Correspondence sent to Planning and Environment Decisions Wales cannot be treated as confidential. They will be copied to the applicant and possibly to other interested parties.
FIRST SCHEDULE
(The release land)
245 square metres of land forming part of Wolfscastle Village Green (Register Unit VG05), Wolfscastle, Pembrokeshire located on the eastern part of the green and within the curtilage of Wolfscastle County Primary School, edged red and indicated by the letters A & B on the plan referred to in paragraph 5 above.
SECOND SCHEDULE
(The replacement land)
479 square metres of land laid to grass and situated along the Glan Cleddau Road, immediately adjoining the northern part of Wolfscastle Village Green. Edged light green and indicated by the letters C, D, E and F on the plan referred to in paragraph 5 above.
