1. Notice Is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 3rd January 2023 has made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

2. The General Effects of the Orders would be:

(i) To extend existing Disabled Parking Bays so that they measure a length of 6.6 metres, outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

30, 32 & 68 Park Lane, four Disabled Parking Bays in the  lay by on the eastern side of Love Lane (opposite White Hart Lane station), 38 Ingleton Road, 48 & 56 Coniston

Bennetts Close. 4 to 18 Brereton Road.
(ii) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) of this notice;

(iii) To extend the existing double yellow line restrictions around the western end of Argyle Road N17, opposite the entrance to Kerela Court (this is a paper-based amendment which will result in no physical changes on site).

(iiv) To formalise the single yellow line restrictions operating Monday-Friday 17:00-20:30 and Saturday-Sunday 12:00-20:00 outside 15 Selby Road for 8 metres (this is a paper-based amendment which will result in no physical changes on site).

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on
6th February 2023.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
