Notice Of An Application For Planning Permission
Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Peabody Trust and Dagenham Dock Limited to obtain planning permission for:
Application No: 22/02130/REM
Proposal: Application for approval of details (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout, and Scale) relating to the Energy Centre and Primary Substation (within the Development Plot for Employment Uses) of Outline Planning Permission ref: 21/01808/OUTALL which relates to the erection of buildings to deliver residential dwellings (Class C3), and ancillary residential floorspace and/or non-residential floorspace, delivery of new public open space and communal open space; including children's play space, new public realm, landscaping works and new lighting; car and cycle parking spaces together with associated highways and utilities works incidental to the proposed development, including temporary highways works. The proposals for the Energy Centre and 2 Primary Substation include the erection of a energy centre building and adjacent primary substation compound, together with associated highways, landscaping and utilities works. The existing defunct sub-station on-site will also be demolished.
