Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U31108 Vicarage View, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U31108 Vicarage View from its junction with U31109 Cemetery Lane to its
junction with U31107 Vicarage Crescent. Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U31107 Vicarage Crescent, U31000 Bromsgrove Road, U31110 Plymouth Road, U31109 Cemetery Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 17 days Commencing: 18 January 2023.
 
(U31109 Cemetery Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) and the County of Hereford and Worcester (Vicarage View, Vicarage Crescent and Holmwood Drive, Redditch) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 1985 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U31109 Cemetery Lane from its junction with U31110 Plymouth Road for a distance of 275 metres in a South Westerly direction and suspend the County of Hereford and Worcester (Vicarage View, Vicarage Crescent and Holmwood Drive, Redditch) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 1985 for the duration of the works. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U31108 Vicarage View, U31107 Vicarage Crescent, U31000 Bromsgrove Road, U31110 Plymouth Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 6 February 2023.
(Slip road onto C2040 Tanners Green Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Proposed Order: to close that part of the slip road onto C2040 Tanners Green Lane from its junction with A435 Alcester Road for a distance of 5 metres. Reason: To install new telecoms pole by BT. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A435 Alcester Road, U23412 Barkers Lane, C2040 Tanners Green Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 6 February 2023.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 [Provision of Disabled Persons' Parking Space on Sandhurst Close, Redditch] On 29 December 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Create a Disabled Persons' Parking Space on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch: - Sandhurst Close Redditch (East side): From a point 43 metres northeast of its junction with the Sandhurst Close Service road, for a distance of 2.6 metres, in a southerly direction. From a point 43 metres northeast of its junction with the Sandhurst Close Service road, for a distance of 2.6 metres, in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 January 2023.
