(Busby) (On-Street) (Waiting and Loading) Older 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 6 January 2023 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), Section 32 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council made "The East Renfrewshire Council (Busby) (On-Street) (Waiting and Loading) Order 2023" which comes into operation on 17 February 2023.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Notice published in The Glasgow EveningTimes newspaper dated 2 June 2022.

A copy of the Order as made is available for inspection on the Councils website at the following address: https://www.eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk/waiting-and-loading-restrictions and within the East Renfrewshire CouncilsTraffic Notices section on the 'Tell Me Scotland' website, at the following address: www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.
Alternatively, paper copies of the drawings can be viewed until 17 February 2023 at:
Council Headquarters, Eastwood Park, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG, Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm (except on public or local holidays).

ANY PERSON wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
