Erection of dormer to the West elevation & installation of internal lift access to the first floor. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application). Application No. 11/22/00132: 20 Regent Street, Burnham On Sea, TA8 1AB. Change of use & conversion of first & second floors to form 6no. residential apartments, inclduing rear (North) yard cover extension & fire exit staircase, & replacement air conditioning unit. Formation of new shop front & the creation of staff welfare area. This site lies within a Conservation Area.
