Berden Solar Limited is proposing the development of a ground mounted solar farm with a generation capacity of up to 49.99MW, together with associated infrastructure and landscaping on land at Berden Hall Farm, Ginns Road, Berden. An application was validated with The Planning Inspectorate under S62A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 on 29 July 2022 under reference number S62A/22/0006.
The applicant has been advised that it needs to submit an Environmental Statement as part of the application. The applicant hereby gives notice of the following: a copy of the application for planning permission, any accompanying plan and other documents, and a copy of the Environmental Statement may be inspected by members of the public online at www.pelhamsolar.co.uk or in person at Uttlesford District Council, Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 4ER.
Copies of the Environmental Statement may be obtained from this address whilst stocks last for a charge of £186.00. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing, by 05/02/2023 to section62a@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or to The Planning Inspectorate, Inquiries and Major Casework Team, 3rd Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
