Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1006 From Penwardine Lane Via Letton, Letton, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1006 From Penwardine Lane Via Letton, Letton, near Bucknell. Grid Ref: 337741/269973. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via A4113 onto the B4530 onto the C1009 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to pole works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 2nd of February 2023 and remain in Force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
