Application Reference No. R/57/48E/LB From Mr Howarth for listed building consent for change of use of single storey outbuilding to self-catering holiday accommodation with fully accessible facilities for guests with mobility, visual and hearing impairments; and erection of garage for farmhouse at Eastburn Farmhouse, Newbiggin.
