Notice is hereby given that Mr Sagar Nayyar has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Go Local, Brooklyn House 3 Broom Lane, Ushaw Moor, Durham, DH7 7LQ for the variation of a Premises Licence to: -
Extend the current hours for the sale of alcohol (off sales) to 05.00 to 00.00 Monday to Sunday and allow delivery of alcohol during the same times.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
