(Footpath 22, Stapleford Abbotts) (Temporary Prohibition of Use Extension) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 18 September 2024. Effect of the order: To temporarily close to all traffic under section S14(1) of The Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (as amended) Footpath 2, in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with B175 Stapleford Road to its junction with Footpaths 21 and 37, Stapleford Abbotts, Epping Forest, for a distance of approximately 385 metres. The alternative route will be via Footpath 37, from its junction with Footpath 22 and Footpath 21, heading in a north-easterly, then easterly direction to its junction with B175 Stapleford Road, then north on B175 Stapleford Road to its junction with Footpath 22, and vice versa. The closure commenced on 18 July 2022 and is required to allow for repair works to be carried out namely, to strip existing surface, lay new drainage and construct new road surface, and to facilitate the construction of 20 new dwellings.
(Forest Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 150m north of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001197330 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via High Road, Chigwell Road, Manor Road and vice versa (with access only into Forest Lane). The Order will come into effect on 12th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hobbs Cross Road, Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m northeast of its junction with Epping Lane for a distance of approximately 455m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005WC7NGV9Z -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Hobbs Cross Road, Epping Lane, Mount Road, Colemans Farm Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Mount End Road, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 285m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD7TF36W002 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while joint box installation and ducting works are undertaken by Openreach. (High Street, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with The Granary for a distance of approximately 60m in a northerly then northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th January 2023 for 1 night (2130 - 0830) and then 1 night on 15th January 2023

An alternative route is available via High Street, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way, A414 Between Northern Town Boundary and Burnt Mill Roundabout, Fifth Avenue, Eastwick Road, Roydon Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 22nd December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Low Hill Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Low Hill Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 205m southwest of its junction with Parkfields for a distance of approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2023 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06045793/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water

(Ongar Road, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ongar Road, Lambourne in the Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1230m east of its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 90m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06039840/AP - Affinity Water). (Pump Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pump Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with York Hill to its junction with Queens Road a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2023 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ1141001194425 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tilegate Road, Magdalen Laver in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hastingwood Road to its junction with Threshers Bush a distance of approximately 1550m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335389 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
