Community Governance Review relating to Penketh Parish Council

Notice is hereby given that having been validly petitioned to do so, Warrington Borough Council is conducting a Community Governance Review. The petition wording was as follows: 'Statement to accompany the petition signed by Penketh residents calling for the abolition of Penketh Parish Council. We, the signatories of the petition request that Warrington Borough Council carry out a governance review of Penketh Parish Council.'

The Council has published its Terms of Reference document for the review and a copy can be viewed on the Council website at www.warrington.gov.uk/CGR Public Consultation opens - 9 January and closes 19 February 2023
