Notice of application for renewal of a sex establishment licence pursuant to Schedule 3 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1982

TAKE NOTICE that on 30th December 2022 Timothy Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, Spring Lane, Forest Gate, Ringwood, BH24 3FH. Applied to Somerset West and Taunton Council for the renewal of a sex establishment licence.

Name and Address of Premises: Simply Pleasure, 50 Station Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1NS

The proposed days of operation will be Monday to Saturday. The proposed hours of operation will be 9am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday; 9am 6.30pm Thursday and Friday.

Activity: Sex shop.

Any person wishing to object to the application should give notice in writing of the objection to the Licensing Manager, Somerset West and Taunton Council, P O Box 866, Taunton TA1 9GS. Stating in general terms the grounds of the objection no later than 28 days after the date of application.
