NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Foundry Top Co LLP has applied to BCP Council on 23 December 2022 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Foundry, 10 Dolphin Centre, Poole, BH15 1SP for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00-00:00, as more particularly set out in the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
