1. Abel Nsinga, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Hackney for the grant of a Premises Licence at Habbott Bar, 331 Wick Road, Hackney London E9 5DH. 1. Allow the sale and supply of late-night refreshment from Sunday to Thursday 23:00 until 23:30 and Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 02:00.

2. Allow the sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11:00 until 23:30 and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 until 02:00.

3. Allow for regulated entertainment Fridays and Saturdays between 11:00 and 02:00 the following day. 4. Allow the premises to be open to the public Monday to Thursday 07:30 until 00:00, Sundays 11:00 until 00:00 and Fridays and Saturdays 07:30 until 02:30 the following day. 5. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on notable days. Interested parties, responsible authorities, authori sed persons or other persons wishing to make representations to this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address by no later than the 19th January 2023. Representations received after this date will not be considered. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in conn-ection with this application.
