NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I John Francis Smith of 3 Dorset Road, Wallasey, Wirral have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: 190-192 TELEGRAPH ROAD, HESWALL, CH60 0AJ of Sale of Alcoholic beverages on and off premises for the following Licensable Activities:
Nature of Licensable Activity: Sale of alcoholic beverages on and off premises. Days and Hours Requested: Monday to Sunday 11:00 till 00:00.

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 22/01/2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard
scale.
