I, Haci Ozturk, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Hackney for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 7, 2-4 Orsman Road, Hackney, London, Nl 5FB to: 1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol, performance of plays, the showing of films, the performance or live and recorded music, the performance of dance or anything similar on Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 23:00, on Friday and Saturday between 10:00 and 02:00 and on Sunday between 10:00 and 22:30.

2. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment on Friday and
Saturday from 23:00 until 02:00.

3. Permit the premises to be open on Monday to Thursday from l0:00 until 23:30, on Friday and Saturday from l0:00 until 02:30 and on Sunday from l0:00 until 23:00. Interested parties, responsible author-ities, authorised persons or other persons wishing to make represent-ations to this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address by no later than the 17th January 2023.

Representations received after this date will not be considered. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlim -ited fine, under Sl58 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
