NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of open space land at Banks Road, Poole, Dorset by way of a lease to Rockwater South Coast Ltd to run concurrently with the lease of the Sandbanks Cafe and Kiosk until 30 September 2032.

This additional lease of land will enable the redevelopment of the Sandbanks Cafe and Kiosk in line with the development proposed in planning application APP/22/00171/F.
