ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005: SECTION 16(2)

As per section 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Scottish Government is now inviting views on the documents relating to Highly Protected Marine Areas (HPMAs) in Scotland.
