(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Brook Street, Wivenhoe in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Paget Road to its junction with Alma Street a distance of approximately 150m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd January 2023 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (E201126195395 - VX Fiber Limited).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation works are undertaken by VX Fiber Limited.
No alternative route is available. The Order will come into effect on 5th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hamilton Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester from a point approximately 45m south east of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03160182003/3 - Anglian Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while communication pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Constantine Road, Butt Road and vice versa with access only into Hamilton Road.
The Order will come into effect on 5th January 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Rawstorn Road for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03061041211 -Anglian Water).

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
