Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4230, Station Road, Moorhampton, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4230, Station Road, Moorhampton, outside entrance to Moorhampton Farm. Grid Ref: 339029/246719. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via A480 onto the A438 onto the B4230 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to frame and cover works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 9th of January 2023 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
