TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No. 51) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of a length and part width of Fishponds Close, at Wokingham in the Borough of Wokingham. This is to enable development as permitted by Wokingham Borough Council, under reference 210705.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5112). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Wokingham Library, Denmark Street, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 2BB.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 29 December 2022.
